The work I bring to your organisation

I have more than 25 years in enterprise IT, across education, construction and local government. My work includes identity and messaging environments supporting over 200,000 users, Exchange migrations and the ongoing management of Microsoft 365.

That experience is useful when a smaller organisation has a problem that needs more than a password reset. Mail flow, tenant configuration, sign-in policies and access permissions often need to be considered together.

Through Hamilton365, I help with Microsoft 365 health checks, email security, migrations, Entra ID and account lifecycle processes. I also design and implement Intune device management, with the scope agreed around the devices and licences you actually have.

Credentials you can check

My Microsoft credential history includes MCSA: Office 365 and Exchange Server examinations. Some badges date from 2016. They document that certification history; they are not a claim that a retired certification is a current Microsoft 365 accreditation.

An example of my work

For a community organisation, I built an account lifecycle process using a SharePoint staff register, Power Automate and a PowerShell module. It handles provisioning, role changes, group-based licensing and end-date processing.

How I work

We agree the scope before work starts. For a project, that means defining the change and what is needed to carry it out. For ongoing support, it means agreeing the included work, hours, reporting and availability. You keep the documentation and control of your tenant.

I am Brisbane based, with on-site work across South East Queensland and remote work across Australia. Planned work and after-hours support are arranged around the engagement.
